My cousin runs a gardening blog called mysquarefootgarden.net and it is the method I have used for growing veggies the past few years. She just recently posted a spaghetti sauce recipe ... Here is the link straight to it http://www.mysquarefootgard...
So you'll have to try it out! We will be talking more about gardening once we have our core foods under control, so stay tuned as the growing season approaches next spring :)

Re: Added “BabyStep 8: Fruits and Vegetables” to Main Topics

Yay! I have fallen in love with canning over the last few years: peaches, pears, apple sauce, apple pie filling, dill pickles, banana pepper rings... My challenge this coming year is spaghetti sauce. Anyone have a good recipe? Also, I want to grow as much of what I can as I can. Would love your tips or any good links! Thanks for your site. I am really enjoying it in Indiana.

Re: Added “BabyStep 8: Fruits and Vegetables” to Main Topics

Thank you for your wonderful site! I have learned SO much from reading your articles.:) I've been a bit apprehensive about canning, so I'm looking forward to the post about this subject later in the week.

Joyce
