FREE GIVEAWAY: Water Storage Boxes
For example, after buying some year supplies in bulk, we have also bought 'extras'. I have things like potato flakes, bullion, etc. I am not sure how this works into food storage. They are in number ten cans and they have a long shelf life.
IT seems like things like that will extend how long you can live on food storage. It seems like there should be some measurement of how many cans of bacon bits or spaghetti sauce, seed for planting etc a family might need/ want to survive for a year.
Are you aware of any list that might have say two parts: 1. a list of basics *such as your list, and then 2. other things you might want/need to enhance your basic year supply,
I really really like the excel spreadsheet idea. Thank you. That is wonderful. I have been little Miss Molly Mormon working on food storage for the past years and have now moved on to getting all the extras that will make eating the food storage food 'better'.
IF you can help me, I'd really appreciate it.
