TheGroceryGame.com is very good if you don't live in an area served by GrocerySmarts or MyFoodStorageDeals.

I currently subscribe to "My Food Storage Deals" I love this service because she does the work for me. I love knowing how the weekly sale prices compare to warehouse stores. She also tells you when something will be cheaper during case lot sales etc. I don't mind clipping coupons but I use this service because I feel like her knowledge is well worth the $6.95 per month. You will easily save more than that. I have learned a lot using the My Food Storage Deals site. Eventually I think I will be able to determine this info on my own but for now I'm still learning! (FYI:I haven't tried the meal planning)

I like pinchingyourpennies.com, they have deals for each state and use the grocerysmart system. Also savvyshopperdeals.com, which is localized but very well done and I use it even though I live in another area of utah! I've saved lots using coupons on toothpaste and shampoo and detergent, and bulked up on my foodstorage. If I was really busy I may stop with the coupons because they do take a little time (time that's worth it to me right now) but will never stop shopping the ads--that's where I save the bulk of my money. It's worth using one of the mentioned sites to save time and money! :)

There's absolutely no reason not to use coupons. I've become very fond of them, especially lately with prices in the grocery skyrocketing. Why wouldn't you use coupons, its like free money!
