I've saved lots using coupons on toothpaste and shampoo and detergent, and bulked up on my foodstorage. If I was really busy I may stop with the coupons because they do take a little time (time that's worth it to me right now) but will never stop shopping the ads--that's where I save the bulk of my money. I love knowing how the weekly sale prices compare to warehouse stores. She also tells you when something will be cheaper during case lot sales etc. I don't mind clipping coupons but I use this service because I feel like her knowledge is well worth the $6.95 per month. You will easily save more than that. I have learned a lot using the My Food Storage Deals site. Eventually I think I will be able to determine this info on my own but for now I'm still learning!
