I started checking out a few about freeze dried food storage until I came across to this one! What a great site! I enjoy seeing websites that understand the value of providing a prime resource for free. Thank you!

Paul A. I pat myself on the back for having a decent food storage, but have been dreading trying to be the cheerleader for others and how to teach them why to get a food storage. I hope you don't mind but your 5 points are right on and I will be using them as the basis of my lesson. Of course you will get quite the reference, as my friends in the class will know i am not that organized. Thanks for sharing your organized thoughts on food storage.
